RETURNS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

- Items must be in resaleable condition.

RETURN SHIPPING

For Returns & Refunds

• We will provide a return shipping label.
• The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• All furniture is specially ordered and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
• All shower doors are specially ordered and cannot be returned unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
• A handling charge of a minimum of 20% will be applied to all goods returned in resaleable condition.

For Exchanges

• Please note that exchanges are not offered free of charge.
• The cost of returning the item for an exchange is chargeable to the customer.
• All furniture is specially ordered and therefore cannot be exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
• All shower doors are specially ordered and cannot be exchanged unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
• A handling charge of a minimum of 20% will be applied to all goods returned in resaleable condition. This applies to both returns and exchanges.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

- Notify us within 14 days of delivery.

- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We reserve the right to refuse returns for:

- Used or installed products

- Items not in original condition

- Items returned outside the 14-day window
