DELIVERY SIZE CATEGORIES
To help you understand delivery pricing, products are assigned to one of the following size categories based on typical weight and dimensions.
SMALL (Up to approx. 2kg)

MEDIUM (Approx. 2kg – 10kg)

- Valves
- Handsets
LARGE (Approx. 10kg – 30kg)
Typical items include:
- Basins
- Toilets
- Small vanity units
PALLET (30kg+ or oversized)
Typical items include:
- Baths
- Large furniture
- Multiple bulky items
Final delivery size is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order.

For orders under £499, delivery charges are based on parcel size and delivery service selected:
