FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £499 (UK Mainland only).

DELIVERY SIZE CATEGORIES

To help you understand delivery pricing, products are assigned to one of the following weight categories. Final delivery cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

SMALL (Up to 2kg)
Typical items include:

• Basin and bath taps
• Shower valves, heads and kits
• Wastes, traps and fittings
• Accessories and small fittings

MEDIUM (2.01kg – 10kg)
Typical items include:

• Mirrors and cabinets
• Urinals
• Bathroom worktops
• Extractor fans and lighting

LARGE (10.01kg – 15kg)
Typical items include:

• Heavier mirrors and mixed small orders
• Items that combine to fall within this band

HEAVY / PALLET (15.01kg and over)
Typical items include:

• Baths and shower enclosures
• Toilets, cisterns and basins
• Radiators and heated towel rails
• Vanity units and large furniture
• Multiple bulky items

SHIPPING COSTS (UK MAINLAND)

For orders under £499, delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order:

• SMALL (up to 2kg): £3.99
• MEDIUM (2.01kg – 10kg): £6.99
• LARGE (10.01kg – 15kg): £20.00
• HEAVY / PALLET (15.01kg and over): £65.00

Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the combined weight of the items in your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery is typically 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. Next Day and Day Specific services are subject to availability.

Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 2:30pm
Sunday: Closed

Orders must be confirmed as ready for collection before arriving.
